Yea! Little One was promoted last night to Purple Belt. I know it looks like a Blue Belt in the pic but its a Purple!!

Little One tested today for his purple belt. It was form and sparring, (he is the taking out his opponent). It was suppose to be no contact but boys will be boys! We will find out Monday night if he moved on to Purple!!

Here is a view from the 14th floor Mirasol Building of Belle Harbor in Clearwater. The boat you see is in the canal which leads (to the right) to Mandalay Channel which leads to St. Joseph's Sound.

This is the house I sat in front of Thursday and Friday for a total of 9 hours while the surveyors did the survey. This house is selling fo 2.6 million.

This is a pic from the 14th floor at The Grande where I used to work. I was opening a unit for an agent to show and was waiting on her. It was really rainy!!

Boy did it ever rain on Friday...

It all started early Friday morning and by the time it ended today, we had the 4th most recorded rain.....ever. Pinellas County in which we live and work, had 15 inches, 10 of which fell in 4 hours. In South Tampa, the neighborhood streets were so flooded they called in the National Guard to evacuate people.

I have never seen anything like it, including all the Hurricanes!!! Now it is extremely windy and cold for Florida, the low tonight will be a chilly 44 degrees.
